PSD Grid Layout Generator

This is a script and action file for Adobe Photoshop CS3 that can generate a grid layout based on the PSD file found in the 960.gs grid system.

This has only been tested on Adobe Photoshop CS3 for the Mac.

Examples

Installation

1. Close Adobe Photoshop.
2. Place the “Layout Grid Generator.jsx” file into your Scripts folder.
   1. Mac: [Hard drive]/Applications/Adobe Photoshop CS3/Presets/Scripts/
   2. PC: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Presets\Scripts\
3. Place the “dclScriptLibrary.atn” file your Actions folder.
   1. Mac: [Hard drive]/Applications/Adobe Photoshop CS3/Presets/Actions/
   2. PC: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Presets\Actions\
4. Open up Adobe Photoshop.
5. Open up the Actions panel, and load up the dclScriptLibrary Action set.

How to Use

1. Go to [File] -> [Scripts] -> [Grid Layout Generator].
2. Changes the values to your preference.
3. Click “Generate.”
